FAQ's
Color your hair at home. Seek a PROFESSIONAL!!! (trying to color the hair yourself may result into damaging the hair and ruining you investment). Blow dry your hair (avoid it! Always allow air drying time). Sew through the wetfs of the hair (this WILL cause the hair to shed). Apply oil sheens and thick oils to your extensions. (This will cause the hair to be weighed down and look stringy. This can also cause build up). Go to sleep with wet hair. (braid it or put it in a ponytail or bun. Going to sleep on wet hair can cause tangling while sleep). Comb your curly textures (unless they are wet or have a conditioner or moisturizer on them, and ONLY with a wide tooth comb).
Our packages will be sent Monday through Friday via The US Postal Services. Orders are typically sent The same day depending upon the time we have received your order or the next business day. Please allow us 1-2 days to process all orders. We will be starting off with standard delivery which is 5 to 7 business days. In the near future we will provide overnight services and 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email that your order is on its way. You will be provided a tracking number for your order once it has shipped. To assure that your package gets to you safely an SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED to confirm delivery. You can arrange to pick it up from your local post office but you must specify before placing your order.
Can I Color My Hair
All of our hair is 3.5-4 ounces. To assure that you get the perfect look you are looking for we recommend buying 2-3 bundles of hair for lengths 10” to 16", for lengths 18”-24" 3-4 bundles, and 26"-30" we recommend 4-5 bundles for a full sew-in. The longer the hair, the shorter the weft.
Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner when your virgin hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. When washing your Boujie extensions remember to always Be gentle with your washing process, heavy scrubbing with deep cleansing shampoo can cause your hair to Mat. If your hair is tangling it normally means it is dry or has heavy product build up. When applying your conditioner use a wide tooth comb and comb thoroughly through the hair.
Treat your investment just as you would your own hair! Shampoo at least once a week. (Stay away from products with alcohol in them. This may dry the hair out). Apply conditioner (Try deep conditioning hair for at least 30 mins after shampooing). Comb through with a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends working your way up to the scalp. Let air dry. Use styling products minimally to avoid build up.
For Wavy & Curly hair use a spray bottle of water for natural look. For a “WET” look, we suggest a leave in conditioner & water. Always comb through (wide tooth comb) beginning at the ends and working your way up to the scalp. Scrunch up hair gently to reform curls. Let hair air-dry. If your hair is experiencing dryness try deep conditioning it.
